COMMON SOLUTIONS & FIXES

Buffering or Freezing

Buffering is usually caused by internet connection issues rather than the server. Please try the following steps:

  • Restart your router and streaming device (unplug for 30 seconds).
  • If using Wi-Fi, try connecting via Ethernet cable for better stability.
  • Ensure no other devices are consuming heavy bandwidth (downloads, updates).
  • Run a speed test. You need at least 20Mbps for stable HD streaming.

Login Failed

If you cannot log in to your app:

  • Double-check your Username and Password (case-sensitive).
  • Check if your subscription has expired.
  • Ensure you are not exceeding your maximum allowed connections.
  • Try re-entering your M3U URL or Xtream Codes details.

Audio/Video Not Syncing

If you cannot log in to your app:

  • Change the media player setting in your app (VLC, ExoPlayer, IJKPlayer).
  • Restart the stream by changing the channel and going back.
  • Clear the cache of your IPTV app in device settings.
